This hotel renovation project was a 2-year, multi-phased construction effort supporting multiple projects across the Pomeroy owned properties in Kananaskis Village, Alberta.
Phase 1 - Mt. Kidd Manor Staff Kitchens
The first phase of the project involved renovation of Mt. Kidd Manor to feature 2 staff kitchens. We collaborated with Pronghorn Controls Ltd to install an upgraded service and supported the kitchen renovation.
Phase 2 - Accommodation Upgrades - Black Diamond Club
The second phase of the project involved hotel accommodation bathroom upgrades at the former Crosswaters Resort, now the Black Diamond Club.
Phase 3 -Black Diamond Club Lobby
The final phase of this project took place in two stages. The first stage involved upgrades, installations, and customized configuration to support the G7 Summit held in the summer of 2025. The second stage involved reconfiguration to the hotel's preferred set up following the event.
